Dragon Age doesn't have Workshop support, probably due to how the game is designed it's not particularly Workshop friendly (then again, Bioware's games have gotten kind of anti-mod friendly to my understanding), can probably add EA in there as another reason for no Workshop support, so you'll just have to go to Nexus or even Bioware's social.
